2. Commercial Usage & Ownership Rights
You retain all intellectual property rights to the garment assets and imagery you upload. You are granted full commercial rights to all AI-generated fashion images, model mockups, and video outputs created through your active Fashono subscription for use in your e-commerce store, social ads, and marketing campaigns.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property laws, depicts non-consensual imagery, or contains harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material. Fashono reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these guidelines.
4. Subscriptions & API Rate Limits
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. API users must adhere to designated rate limits specified in their plan tier.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
